Return & Cancellations

Absolutely, yes. Yarn Glory does quality check of every product before packaging and shipping.

We charge a fixed shipping fee depending on the country you’re ordering from. Once you reach checkout you can have an estimate of the shipping fee levied on your order.

Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees, which may be assessed to your order once it arrives in the destination country. Yarn Glory does not include any coverage for customs or duty fees in quoted shipping costs, or at any point in our checkout or billing process.

If you have any questions related to customs, duty, and import charges, please contact your local customs office prior to ordering.

We absolutely do that. If you’re an Indian customer then please place your order here.

We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, if you receive any damaged product (which should never happen) we will definitely offer a refund or an exchange if the same product is available in stock. You have to contact us within a week from the date of delivery. Please note that Unevenness in weaves, prints, minor slubs in fabric, minor irregularities in handlooms and slight variation in color are expected outcome of an authentic craft process. These variations are typical characteristics of any handwoven product and are not to be considered as damage or defective.

You can simply contact us via this page to get a return or refund in case you receive a damaged product.
